2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
okber strictly prohibits access by any individual who is under eighteen (18) years of age. 4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
All users of the okber platform agree to use the service solely for lawful recreational gaming purposes in compliance with Philippine regulations. You must not attempt to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any aspect of the platform's software, games, or payment systems. Any collusion with other players, use of automated betting software (bots), or engagement in fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination and potential referral to law enforcement authorities. Users are prohibited from using the platform for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any purpose that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws. Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in the Deposit section of your account dashboard, and these limits may be updated from time to time without prior notice. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name; third-party deposits are not permitted and may be refused or returned at okber's discretion. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the timelines and conditions outlined on the Withdrawal page, and users may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is approved. okber reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, or pending verification requirements. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as communicated at the time of the offer and must be fulfilled before withdrawal is permitted. Any transaction fees imposed by your chosen payment provider are your sole responsibility and are not covered by okber.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okber, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. While okber endeavors to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. In the event of scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control, okber accepts no liability for any losses, missed gaming opportunities, or financial impact that may result. okber's total liability to any user for any claim, regardless of its nature, shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises. You acknowledge that all gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generators and that okber has no ability to influence individual results. Users participate in all games entirely at their own risk, and gambling involves a real possibility of financial loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the Philippines.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
okber reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion without prior notice if it determines that a user has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: providing false registration information, engaging in fraudulent or collusive behavior, chargebacks or disputed transactions, suspected money laundering, or failure to meet identity verification requirements. If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to access your funds until the investigation is concluded. In cases where the account closure is found to be warranted, okber may permanently withhold any remaining balance in accordance with applicable regulations. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team; any pending wagers will be settled before the balance is returned to the registered payment method. 8. Intellectual Property Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
